Shipping & Delivery

At Nude Palm, we take care in every step of the process—from handcrafting your piece to ensuring it arrives safely at your door. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery.


Shipping Times

All Nude Palm garments are made with care and intention. Please allow:


  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping within Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: 7–14 business days

 

Please note: During peak periods, there may be slight delays. We’ll always try our very best to get deliveries out as soon as we possibly can sooner than the guidelines above if possible for us to do so then we will always try out best. Don’t hesitate to drop us a message on our socials to keep updated.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size. As a thank you for your orders we contribute to every order by paying half the postage and making sure every parcel is tracked. 

We offer:

  • Flat-rate of 6€ (within Europe)
  • Flat-rate of 6€ for our UK customers ( we pay the rest)
  • Flat-rate international shipping for ease and transparency (we pay the rest)

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package every step of the way.


Customs & Duties

For international and UK orders, customs fees or import duties may apply. Nude Palm is not responsible for any additional charges once the package has left our studio. Please ensure you check your countries tariffs and import charges before placing your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nude Palm piece as much as we did creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

 

To request a return:


  • Email us at 📧 nudepalm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.

 

Please note:


  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
  • Any customs or taxes are with the responsibility of the customer. Any rejected deliveries will not be refunded.

 

Sustainability Note:

As a slow fashion brand, we encourage mindful shopping and ask that you check sizing and product details carefully before purchasing. Every return has an environmental cost, so thank you for shopping thoughtfully.
