At NUDE PÁLM, every piece is mindfully handcrafted and shipped directly from our studio in Ibiza, Spain. To thank you for supporting slow fashion, we subsidise every shipment to provide flat-rate, fully tracked delivery worldwide for our customers to thank you for your support.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched (subject to vary and change — these are a guide and estimate. Once out of our hands it is in the control of the delivery company. Factors that can disrupt processing and delivery times include public holidays, Ibizan holidays, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control)

Pre-Orders: Crafting high-quality, slow fashion takes time. Pre-ordered items can take up to 8 weeks to fulfil. We appreciate your patience as we create your pieces with care and the handcrafted respect they deserve.

Customs Notice: International and UK orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Rejected deliveries cannot be refunded. And they are the responsibility of the customer. Please check Import and duties within your country rules and regulations.

Delivery Protection: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NUDE PÁLM is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or stolen once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume sale periods or holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended and differ. We are a small island with small amenities and unexpected delays can occur.

Easy 14-Day Returns

We want you to love your piece. If you need a return, we accept unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Start your return — please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full instructions.
Ship it back: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked service.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
