Easy 14-Day Returns

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help. We accept unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us — Email us at nudepalm@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return is eligible and provide instructions.
  2. Ship it back — Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NUDE PÁLM is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  3. Refund issued — Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, plastic bags, and any branded bags that were included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Sale items and personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please use our withdrawal form in the footer of our website or contact us directly at nudepalm@gmail.com

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at nudepalm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
