RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be requested within this window to be eligible.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags and protective bag(s) including branded bag attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any marks
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Custom(s) orders
How to Return Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at nudepalm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return and provide the return address.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
🇪🇺 EU & EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, without giving any reason. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
