These Terms of Service govern your use of www.nudepalm.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General NUDE PÁLM is an online fashion brand operated from Ibiza, Spain. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

5. Delivery Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and out of our control once they have been processed. Being a small independent brand preparation times are a guide and can vary in busy periods. Uk and International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control as stated bellow.

6. UK Customers — Import Duties & Customs

As NUDE PÁLM ships from Ibiza, Spain (EU), orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are beyond our control.

Any applicable import duties or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout. We recommend checking with UK customs or your local courier for an estimate of any fees before placing your order.

Please also be aware that UK customs clearance may cause additional delays to your estimated delivery time. We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

7. International Customers — Import Duties & Customs

Orders shipped outside of the European Union and United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely beyond our control.

NUDE PÁLM ships on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning all import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout. We are unable to predict or advise on the exact charges you may incur.

We recommend contacting your local customs office or courier for an estimate of any applicable fees before placing your order. Refusal to pay customs charges and subsequent return of the parcel may result in deductions from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
