SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship From All NUDE PÁLM orders are fulfilled from Ibiza, Spain (EU). Being a small island based brand with different holidays to mainland and fewer amenities this can cause unexpected delays.
Processing & Production Times
- Standard items (in-stock): 1–3 business days processing before dispatch
- Pre-ordered items (not in stock items pre-ordered): 3–5 business days preparation time before dispatch
- pre - order items - can take up to 6-8 weeks to be produced and land with us in our atelier.
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays (Ibizan holidays)
- During busy periods (sales, new drops), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep do our best to fulfil orders as quick as we possibly can.

🇬🇧 UK Customers — Import Duties & Customs As NUDE PÁLM ships from Ibiza, Spain (EU), orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are beyond our control. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. UK customs clearance may also cause additional delays to your estimated delivery time.

Import duties, tariffs, and customs fees are not included in your order total at checkout and will be collected by your local customs authority or courier upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable fees before placing your order.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at nudepalm@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier. Please note that customs delays are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.
