Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU Directive 2023/2673.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from your purchase, please notify us clearly by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Your withdrawal request must include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

After Your Withdrawal
- You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition
